Core Sustainable Development and Consultancy (CDC) is an
organization established in both Somaliland and the United
Kingdom, dedicated to addressing deficiencies in education,
training, research, auditing, climate, monitoring, and
evaluation. Founded by Dr. Bashir Idris and Dr. Hasan
Mubarak, both of whom possess extensive expertise and
insight, CDC was created in response to the identified needs
within the country, aiming to enhance knowledge and
combat societal stagnation.
